Another thing, because it'd come across as bitchy if I put it in the other post: (this is personal preference stuff, I don't think there is anything technically BETTER, so don't worry on that front) I find that the warmer, more saturated skin tones you're experimenting with work better when the majority of the background is darker/deeper in tone. Watson-in-bed (again PERSONAL PREFERENCE) pops a bit too much, there is a kind of discontinuity between him and the bedclothes. Um, if you wanted to experiment more with unifying it I guess you could try doing something like using a brown for your line-work and maybe utilizing it a bit in the bed as well; or even adding a light source that colors both of them, either muting the orange or warming/coloring the bedsheets a little. But looking back at it I do really like the way you echo the skin tones in the orange of the background.
